Subject

Description
This is an image of a group of delegates at a 1907 conference for the Manchester Unity of Oddfellows. The Oddfellows are a friendly society that first emerged in the UK and may date to the fifteenth century when members of trades not represented by existing guilds banded together to form their own organisations. However their recorded history can only be traced to the 18th century. The order was first established in Melbourne in 1840.
